We customize our Jumbo Bags with treated materials that isolate moisture, and water, and allow for exact air match. Jumbo weighs up to 1500 MT per Jumbo and the container takes 20 Jumbo inside.

Our carrots are hydro-cooled and polished with an advanced polisher, so they will have a longer shelf life, as well as a freshness type upon arrival at the ports of our customers. Carrots are Hydro-Cooled and Polished with an advanced Polisher; we used to use those types of innovative methods to extend the shelf life of the carrots plus give a freshness type upon arrival at our customer's port.
Difference between Hydro-Cooler and Pre-Cooling?
1. Hydro-Cooled Carrots
Our Hydro-cooling is an essential process in our operation, providing precise temperature control for each carrot and removing excess humidity. Due to its precise cooling, the hydro-cooler is a significant investment; it ensures reliable and consistent quality control.
In general, pre-cooling refers to the initial cooling of produce to remove field heat after harvest, which can involve various methods, including hydro-cooling, forced-air cooling, or vacuum cooling. Hydro-cooling specifically uses chilled water to rapidly lower the temperature of the produce, which is especially effective for dense and heat-sensitive items like carrots.
Also, The final quality of a perishable food product and its commercial lifespan are determined by the hygienic and sanitary conditions present in the process of handling and preserving it.
The more microbiological load there is in the various phases of the food and on its surface, the faster its decomposition speed will be. Therefore, the quality of the water in the hydro-cooling (cold water jet tunnel) is also fundamental in determining the final quality of the product, as it is one of the final phases of the manipulation process. Ozone is used to achieve two main objectives:
Sprinkle the food with ozonated water to disinfect its surface and reduce the microbiological load present in the recirculated water, which can constitute a hotbed of infection or in any case a volume of development of bacteria and germs.
2. Pre-Cooling
Pre-cooling is essential for quickly removing field heat from produce after harvest, which slows ripening and reduces spoilage risk. This crucial step helps maintain the quality and shelf life of our products.
In addition to pre-cooling, we use advanced refrigeration techniques to achieve the ideal temperature for our carrots. By placing them in a controlled, refrigerated environment immediately after harvest, we ensure they stay fresh, crisp, and nutritious. Moreover, our system precisely controls both temperature and humidity, creating optimal conditions for preserving the quality of our carrots. Combined with hydro-cooling, this comprehensive approach helps us maintain the highest standards of produce quality from farm to table.
